The Real Hayward Residence

This house is located in the same suburb of Seattle and just a few blocks away from where they shot the interiors of the Palmer house (and exteriors for the film.) Strangely, they never showed the outside of Donna's house in the pilot, only one medium-shot of the front door. They did, however, use the interiors extensively and ultimately shot both the exterior and interior for Fire Walk With Me.
Once again, after the pilot was shot in Washington, they filmed all interiors on sets in L.A.. In this case, they even used a totally different house, located north of L.A., as the exterior of the Hayward's home, shown below.
